Book a Vacation Cabin Steps From Rock Creek
The Sawmill Cabin is the perfect cabin for 2-4 people who want to fly fish Rock Creek or just enjoy the beauty and wildlife of Western Montana. Take the path in the backyard to access the river. The cabin has a fireplace and a hot tub, along with many nice touches.

Maximum Occupancy
Sawmill sleeps 2 to 4.
Holiday Periods
For the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods, the Summer Rate applies.
Terms and Cancellation Policy: Reservations and a 50% deposit are required to confirm your reservation. Credit cards or personal checks are accepted. A credit card number is required for a damage deposit, which will only be billed if damage expenses are incurred.
Minimum Stays
We have varying minimum stay requirements throughout the year. In spring, we require a 2-night stay. From June to mid-October, we require a 3-night stay. During the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods, we require a 3-night stay. In our off-season, we ask for a 2-night minimum stay. Occasionally, fewer-night stays are available if they fit into the calendar.
Cancellation
If you must cancel your reservation, we will fully refund your deposit if a cancellation notice is given more than 60 days from your arrival date, less a 3% cancellation fee. Otherwise, no refund is given.
Cabin Rules
NO SMOKING
Do not smoke inside the Sawmill Cabin. We provide a bucket of sand for butts on the porches. We charge a $250 cleaning fee if the cabin has been smoked in.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum overnight occupancy for Sawmill Cabin is 4 people. Children count toward maximum occupancy. Local restrictions prohibit exceeding maximum occupancy so please adhere to the occupancy limits, as groups exceeding maximum occupancy will be asked to either leave or reduce the number of overnight guests.
NO CAMPING ON THE PROPERTY
Camping on the property is prohibited. There are numerous campsites on Rock Creek as close as two miles away.
LAWNS
There are underground sprinklers in the lawns. Please do not park on the lawn or drive any stakes into the lawn as it could damage underground lines.
PETS
Beginning in 2024, we no longer welcome pets.
